New Staff Member: Elena Duvalkina

Elena joined the JVI as Front Desk/Program Officer in July 2020. She previously worked for two years at the Embassy and Permanent Mission of Myanmar based in Vienna, where she provided support in liaising with other embassies and Austrian authorities, and has obtained a unique intercultural experience in a diplomatic setting. Prior to that, Elena administered German courses at a language school and provided interpretation services in English, German and Russian to government and business representatives from post-Soviet Union countries, including interpretation at negotiations, conferences, networking events with a focus on economic and foreign direct investment related matters.
