The JVI lecture rooms and workshop rooms are open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:30pm. The office is staffed from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Lecture room 600A has fixed seating arrangements and is equipped with:

• seating capacity for 30 participants, classroom-style with fixed microphones at desks
• 30 laptops (unless otherwise requested)
• two projectors and two projection screens
• two computers, each equipped with a remote mouse
• video-conference equipment
• whiteboards and flip charts
• simultaneous interpretation equipment and interpretation booths

Lecture room 600B has fixed seating arrangements and is equipped with:

• seating capacity for 30 participants, classroom-style with fixed microphones at desks
• 30 laptops (unless otherwise requested)
• two projectors and two projection screens
• two computers, each equipped with a remote mouse
• video-conference equipment
• whiteboards and flip charts
• simultaneous interpretation equipment and interpretation booths

Lecture room 600C has flexible seating and is equipped with:

• seating capacity for 30 participants at desks, either classroom style, island style or seated in a circular configuration
• one projector and projection screen
• one computer equipped with a remote mouse
• whiteboards and flip charts

Please note that lecture room 600C is not equipped for simultaneous interpretation, although interpreting equipment can be hired, if required.
