Nensi Dragusha became a member of the JVI team in September 2019. Prior to joining JVI, she honed her skills as an HR Assistant at the UN Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). Before her tenure at UNIDO, Nensi immersed herself in the tourism sector, acquiring in-depth expertise in Project Management, Sales, and Travel Agent Services. During her academic pursuits in 2013, she worked for the Austrian National Tourist Board in Paris. Nensi holds a Master's Degree in Strategic HRM, a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, and a certification in Mediation and Conflict Management. She is proficient in English, German, French, and Albanian.
