I wish to express my profound gratitude for having the opportunity to participate in the Public-Private Partnerships course. The course elaborated on the most important features of PPPs and enhanced the understanding of the financial, legal, and fiscal aspects of PPPs as well as risks. Practical experience was shared among the participants via case studies from different countries, we had the opportunity to apply relevant concepts in workshops and were encouraged to discuss the pros and cons of PPP structures. Special emphasis was given to the importance of detailed project planning and preparation. The topics covered in the course were well chosen and adapted to the course participants and provided a strong theoretical and practical background, furthermore, the course featured speakers from public and private sectors. This course provided participants with a unique opportunity to meet colleagues from different countries with diverse backgrounds, facilitating the exchange of professional experiences. It is also important to point out that the interactive approach and panel discussions also contributed to the exceptional quality of this course and the possibility of learning through mutual communication.
